As QA Analyst, you'll be part of the sizeable Solutions team, working as a collective to ensure projects are designed, developed, and delivered to the highest quality and standards. You'll be influential in ensuring online stores are functional, secure, and user-friendly prior to launch, minimising risks such as cart abandonment and broken payment gateways, keeping a keen eye on performance indicators such as conversion rate, page load speed, and site availability.
This role requires someone who can work in an agile environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and combining previous hands-on experience with our client's ways of working/best practice.

Required Skills & Experience
· Strong experience in testing eCommerce websites/projects.
· Previous experience in a digital agency or client side eCommerce business.
· Experience in cross platform/device testing in a fast paced, agile environment.
· Superb stakeholder management.
· Understanding of JIRA.
· Desire for continuous improvement, both personally and internally.
· Previous experience of Adobe Commerce/Magento would be very advantageous.
· Understanding of the latest tools and trends to suggest best practice/make improvements.
· You will be ambitious and driven.
· UK based, comfortable working remotely.
